Downloading your digital files should be a simple process. Therefore, we package up your photos all nice and cozy for you to download as an entire gallery. We collect the email address you use to receive your gallery images and remove them from our database afterward.

Processing Online Orders

We collect the required billing and delivery information to process any online orders placed through our online Print Shop. This information includes the purchaser's name, shipping address, and telephone number. Credit card information is collected if that is the form of payment made for the purchase. Any section of this website that collects personal or financial information is encrypted to protect it and is only accessed by our employees to process payments. PayPal Secure Payments is an option for added peace of mind and convenience. The data is used only to process your transaction and afterward deleted from our database.

We take the security of your portrait images very seriously. Mōna Light Studios stores all your portrait images inside a password-protected gallery on our secure website monalightstudios.com. Only those with your unique password will have access. However, one feature image is displayed to help you locate your gallery. The chosen gallery feature image is not decently viewable, downloadable, or sharable by anyone other than people with your unique gallery password.

Displaying Images on Third-Party Websites

Being a portrait photography service, we naturally enjoy featuring some of our work on our website and other social media pages like Facebook, Instagram, and Flickr. Sharing customer portraits is done only with the explicit consent of the person/s in the image/s. We make sure they are aware of exactly which images we would like to feature and on which of our social media platforms. We also never sell or license any images to third parties to use commercially.
